Rainy Season Wardrobe Essential?Is it Really?

It is already spring North of the world and it should have started raining back here in Nairobi, but we all know the unpredictable times we live in.Still,it willl get showery and muddy, for the skies speak of rumors of rain and someone tell the fierce master its time to take its scorchy tyrannic rule someplace else.I know i prefer the wet cooler days its the roads i fea for.Nonetheless it will rain anytime now and i wouldnt be caught out unprepared.I recently bumped into an interesting accessory that i believe might just be the 'it' wardrobe essential to get one by this far dodgy rainy season.
